On Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th September, six of our Seniors joined forces with 3rd Enfield to take on their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition.
The boys walked 21 miles over two days, navigating their journey in the Hertfordshire countryside around Hemel Hempstead, and carrying all of the equipment they needed for the weekend including clothes, tents and food. At the overnight camp they had to put up their tents and cook meals for Saturday dinner
and Sunday breakfast.
Well done to all the young people taking part, who all completed the expedition, so are now well along the way to completing their awards.
